Events in the MOR can take various forms, this guide covers the different ways to join them. First, you'll want to launch the MOR and make sure it's running.
If the event is public and you've been given a room name, all you need to do is enter the room name either on the flatscreen monitor or in VR. On the flatscreen, click the hamburger menu to bring up the interface (if it isn't visible already).
Enter the given room name in the Online Room field and hit the Connect button. You might have to disconnect and reconnect for it to work.
Alternatively, you can enter the room name in VR by heading over to the map by the entrance. An interface will emerge, allowing you to edit or adjust settings.
The interface mostly matches the flatscreen version, so you can follow the instructions above to connect to the room name.
You can also join another visitor using the social ray.
Once that's done, you should be in the same room with other attendees and presenters!
If you've been given an access code instead of a room name, you'll need to head over to the auditorium and enter the given code into the keypad. From the MOR entrance, head over to the map and find the auditorium.
You can teleport directly into the dropzone pin and you'll be taken to the auditorium. Alternatively, hover over/clicking the auditorium pin will reveal a ribbon of light that you can follow to reach the auditorium.
At the auditorium entrance, you'll be greeted by a keypad.
From here, enter the code you were given and hit the submit button. If the code is valid, you'll be connected to the event room automatically. You should be able to see any associated presentations, attendees, and presenters through the portal beside the keypad.
